Product Description
I taught this lesson for a TEAM evalutiaon that I had recently. The lesson went really well and hits most all the bullet points on the TEAM rubric. My observer really liked the lesson too!! :)

This lesson can be edited and changed to fit the needs of the students within your classroom.

This is a summative assignment. Students will use their knowledge about endangered, threatened, extinct, and thriving animals to write a formal letter to federal legislators asking them to help protect animals from further extinction. Students will provide their own suggestions and ideas in the letter of how to help protect animals in harm of extinction. Students will ask legislators to help implement their ideas by passing laws to better help endangered animals.
