Product Description
Need a good laugh? This TED Talk is one of my favorites!

This TED Talk and lesson is an interesting and enjoyable way to introduce the topic of Crowd Psychology in a high school level Psychology, Social Psychology or Social Studies course.

This worksheet is intended to be used with Charlie Todd's TED Talk, "The Shared Experience of Absurdity." I use this lesson when I teach Crowd Psychology in my high school Social Studies course. This humorous talk is also a great talk to share with students at the beginning of the school year, mid-winter (to help beat "the winter blues") or end of the year when summer break can't come soon enough. This talk is a huge favorite among my students!

From TED: Charlie Todd causes bizarre, hilarious, and unexpected public scenes: Seventy synchronized dancers in storefront windows, "ghostbusters" running through the New York Public Library, and the annual no-pants subway ride. His group, Improv Everywhere, uses these scenes to bring people together.
