TEN FRAMES PUZZLES (NUMBERS 1-20): MATCH TEN FRAME TO NUMBER WORD TO NUMERAL

Do you want to practice NUMBER VALUE AND RECOGNITION OF NUMBER WORDS AND NUMERALS UP TO 20 in an interactive and fun way? This resource is just for you! These 20 (3-piece) jigsaw puzzles are just what you need! You can use them during lessons, in Math centers and home-schooling.

IN THIS PRODUCT, YOU WILL FIND 20 PUZZLES, one for each number from 1 to 20.

This product is easy to prepare: Simply print, stick onto cardstock paper and cut out. (You could also laminate the pieces).

These puzzles were designed to aid teachers to cater for every individual student. Thus, the second and third piece fit perfectly with the first piece containing the ten frame. YOU COULD CHOOSE TO ELIMINATE THE SECOND PIECE FOR CHILDREN WHO FIND IT DIFFICULT TO READ NUMBER WORDS. You can obviously give all the pieces to students with higher abilities.

Students can work individually or in groups.

They will surely have a blast! :)

When counting objects, say the number names in the standard order, pairing each object with one and only one number name and each number name with one and only one object.
Understand the relationship between numbers and quantities; connect counting to cardinality.
