For use with Khaled Hosseini's novel The Kite Runner. Great for World Literature and World History!
This project pairs creativity and writing to analyze various aspects of the novel.
Students will create a kite and use the quadrants of the kite plus ribbons on the tail to explore various elements of the novel: character development, relationships, motifs, symbols and more.
They will also turn in a written explanation for their visual representations.
This file includes the project description, scoring guide, and a graphic organizer for students to use when planning their kites.
