PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Do you find it time consuming to take anecdotal observations for formative assessments, and wonder if there is an easier way? Do you need a handy checklist to observe student participation? Do you need a simple form for most all subjects?

This simple form is dedicated to teachers who like to track the progress of their students quickly! It helps Teachers document which student was present or absent for an activity and the level of their engagement.

It is a visual tracking reminder for a Teacher to determine which student completed their work, and who needs extra time. It is also a guide for recording participation marks when completing report cards . I use this form regularly and refer to it to review who completed their work and who needs more time. Other teachers have asked for a copy for their own use in the classroom as well.
