In my classroom I have 4 tables (red, yellow, blue, green). I NEVER waste time passing out papers to each individual time. Instead, each day I choose a "table leader". I use this tracker on a magnetic whiteboard, along with small magnets to help me keep track of who is the table leader. When I need to pass out any papers, notes, etc. I just say "table leaders raise your hand". I give that person enough papers for everyone on the table. I can hand out 26 papers in less than 30 seconds, without any chaos!!!
