This handout shows adult ESL learners how to form tag questions and when the tag should have rising intonation or falling intonation. Adult ESL learners often have trouble with the falling tag intonation, so this handout can be the basis of some good oral practice. Many other handouts, including this one, are contained in my book, "Let's Look At It This Way!", which is available in my store. It's actually a pretty good deal. For the cost of a few handouts, you get 50+ to reproduce for your instructional and classroom use.
