Managing the papers that go from school to home can be challenging. In this short video, I share the system I used for Take Home Folders. I'll walk you through how to find the perfect folder and how to get it set up and labeled before school starts. We'll talk about what else goes inside the folder (Behavior Log & Reading Log), and I'll tell you about my easy 5-step system for organizing and managing Take Home/Homework Folders. I'll also share my thoughts on using a Daily Reading Log and a weekly behavior chart to communicate with parents.

This video is perfect for brand new teachers, teachers who are moving down to the primary grades from the upper grades, or for teachers that need some help getting organized this summer.
