Colorful Tangrams - Geometry 3

Build reasoning and logic skills with this workbook full of geometric shapes! This set tangram templates is designed to help students learn to draw basic shapes as well as recognize them. The set includes worksheets for zoo animals, triangles, squares, rectangles, trapezoids and parallelograms. Unlike the other workbooks in this series I have deliberately chosen to use only 1 color puzzle pieces, because in this case using multiple colors would distract too much from the shapes of the polygons. The tangram pieces help the students discover that large figures or polygons (7 pcs) can contain several small polygons (2 pcs and more). To visualize them all, don’t glue them onto the tangram templates .
