Need a quick, easy way to keep up with student tardies? Here it is! Each semester, I printed one sheet per class period. Then, I had a student aide (one with nice handwriting!) fill in student names. I kept these behind my seating chart for each class to easily record tardies as they happened. My district calls for a discipline referral (or write-up) for each tardy after three. This made it SO easy to know when I needed to call home, write-up, etc. I was able to keep students notified of how many tardies they had and on what exact days.
This is part of my larger, $5 Organization Bundle, which includes: a tardy log ($1), two parent contact logs ($1), an open house sign-in (freebie), a make-up work weekly recap sheet ($1), a teacher appointment sign-up sheet ($1), a basic sign-in sheet ($1), and a detention log (exclusive to the bundle).
