Each of the 30 task cards in this set presents sentences with the present form of one or more irregular verbs in parentheses. The student's task is to determine whether the sentence needs the past or perfect form of the verb(s) and then write his/her answer(s) on the provided answer page.
These cards are designed for use by 5th, 6gth, 7th, and 8th graders as review and skill reinforcement. They are not appropriate for students just beginning to study the principal parts of irregular verbs.

A reference page with a list of the most frequently misused or confused irregular verbs for student use at the teacher’s discretion,
A cover card, which can double as a container label,
