This task card set is a great visual aid for helping students make and understand transitions in the educational setting. This task card set for the special education classroom will support children's understanding with expectations and classroom rules.
Many times children who cannot communicate just need a picture cue. Transitions can be challenging for children and having a visual cue will help students prepare for what is coming next.
All children can benefit from visual aids, especially children who fit in the following categories: Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADD and ADHD, Language Disorders and Delays, Oppositional Defiant Disorders, Down Syndrome, Hearing Impairments, ESL students, and Students with Learning Disabilities.
