This set consists of four picture-name cards for each of the five tastes (bitter, salty, sweet, sour, umami) plus control booklet.
Discussion cards are for sorting. They invite discussion with the child by appealing pictures. The control booklet provides a little information for each picture.
I included umami (Japanese for pleasant savoury taste) because it is starting to be commonly known about. For me personally, umami are those foods that make you close your eyes and go "mmmmh" when you eat them. It should be easy enough to leave out if you think it doesn't belong.
Cut along the thick lines. Stick the horizontally opposite book pages back to back and bind them in the correct order. I recommend laminating the pages for more durability.
