This social skills lesson is perfect for helping students problem-solve before (and instead of) tattling! It helps students to identify a situation, if it is or isn't their business, and what they should do or the person in the situation should do. Plus, the examples are very realistic, making it easy for students to relate. This download includes two different suggestions for format as well, one competitive when answering card prompts, and one non-competitive. For this activity students can be split up into groups and may vote, or it can be used in small group and individual settings! The terms used in this download are tattling and telling, which is also reflected on the reminder poster.
-96 prompt cards (48 color, 48 BW)
-72 Voting stick labels, enough for individual student use! (36 color, 36 BW)
-2 Reminder posters to leave behind in the classroom (new! - 1 color, 1 BW)
Does not include the following recommended materials (for voting):
I hope you enjoy this download as much as my students do!
