(Sorry, there was no way to do a preview file for this without giving away the whole thing for free.)
Since Teachers Pay Teachers does not support .gsp files, the file is a .gsp file that can be extracted from a (supported) .zip file.
This file allows you to explore Taylor polynomials for four basic functions: e^x, ln(x), cos(x), and sin(x).
It graphs the true function along with a Taylor polynomial of degree n (1 < n < 10 or better) to demonstrate that higher degrees generally give a better fit.
You can easily change the degree and the center of the Taylor polynomial.
You also have the option of comparing the true value of the function to the value of the Taylor polynomial at particular values of x (which you choose) to judge how well the Taylor polynomial approximates the function.
The file has an Instructions tab with specific instructions on how to use the file.
