This activity is one of my absolute favorites to use at the beginning of the year. This proactive activity helps students understand that they can stop conflict before it escalates. It encourages students to be mindful that their actions affect many people. Students are then asked to identify their own triggers for conflict and decide on a positive plan of action should they be involved one.
