Teacher Evaluation Binder

Prepare for your teacher evaluations from the start this year! Have all of your data and evidence ready in one place. This resource contains two versions: a glitter chevron background and a simple black and white chevron. Each design has 12 pages. Plain design pages are included so you can customize the back and spine of your binder. Binder pages include: blank and labeled cover page, state assessments, local assessments, student growth measures, your contributions to student growth, quality instruction, professional responsibilities, training and special contributions (professional development), student samples, additional reflections and action plan for next year.
