We often have our students complete memory books of their year as an end of the year gift from us to them (check my TPT store for this product), but often don’t have a way to remember each of our students. Use any combination of these sheets and have students fill them out and return them as an at-home project or set aside some time for them to complete their page in class as a keepsake for yourself. These pages will help you remember your students in a special way and know to some extent their feelings for and memories of you.
One option provides a rectangle in which students may either glue their school photo or another photo, or draw a self-portrait. You may choose to ask students to draw or color their favorite item or a picture demonstrating one of the sentences they wrote. This space is flexible based on the needs of your students and your own creativity! Other pages have colored school-themed pictures, a lined clip-art picture for them to color, or a page with this option removed. All of the sentences are the same, so just choose the picture space that best fits what you would like your students to complete!
A parent letter is attached (there are two to a page to save copies) to explain how parents can help their child complete the project at home. There is space for you to sign your name before running copies for your students. You may also wish to include a due date on the papers, so there is a duplicate form available if you would like to use that feature.
Thank you so much for your purchase and support! I truly appreciate it, and hope that you are able to enjoy the memories your students share with you. Our students grow and change. Having simple documentation of their love for their teacher is a great reminder of why we do what we do.
