Create your very own personalized plan book using this template! I used to use a generic teacher store plan book, but this is so much better! No more writing in the times/periods, days of the week, services showing times of pull-outs or push-ins over and over again every single week! It's so nice to have all the services listed because I know when my students will be taken out of the room or when a resource room teacher is coming in to help them. At the beginning of the school year, I fill in all the periods/times, days of the week, and even my students' scheduled pull-out and push-in services. I save this file and every week I open it and edit it by typing in all my teaching points/objectives and any brief lesson notes in each box. There is even a space at the top to type in reminders. I use "save as" for saving the file and I save my plans each week. They are saved in my computer to re-visit for planning each following year. When you are editing it, make sure to view as "two-pages" since the plans spread across two pages. When you print this, hole punch it to place in a binder and voila! It looks very impressive and neat and I have gotten many compliments on this!
