To help students understand the idea that Art is from every culture and place around the world, this cut and paste activity gives students the ability to look at art work from every continent (excluding Antarctica). Every content has three different countries that are focus on, and one artist from that country with their artwork. Students need to research the artwork and the artist in order to match them to the appropriate location.
This is currently being used in my social studies classroom to teach about artwork within a society, and how artwork forms in all areas of the world. This can also be used within an art class to teach about different artists. Due to this being on a word document, it will be editable. This can allow for small activities if you want to focus on specific countries. If your class is studying about Africa, you can just do the Africa section.
