This Physical Education and Health activity can be used in the P.E. setting as well as in the Health setting. It has been used with students at the Second through Fifth Grade level and can easily be modified for older students. Students work on locomotor movements, dodging and fleeing along with learning locations of up to 11 muscles of the Muscular System. This activity uses the Muscle Cards that can also be found in the Muscular System category. Muscle Body "Enders" also works on team building, communication skills and language arts concepts.
