This activity was formally called "The Lorax" Version 1. This Physical Education and Health activity can be used in the P.E. setting as well as in the Health setting. It has been used with students at the Kindergarten through Fifth grade level and can easily be modified for older students. Students work on dodging and fleeing skills and cardiovascular endurance while learning about creating a balanced diet. Nutrition Stack 'Em Up also works on teambuilding, problem-solving, communication skills and math concepts. This activity was created by Heather Isler (the original noodle activity concept was created by J.D. Hughes with permission to modify into a health activity).
