Your students will enjoy this story for teaching children that it is not friendly to interrupt! We must give our friends their time to talk. The story teaches polite ways to interrupt others in a small group or in class. This is appropriate to use with children from pre-k (you'll read it to them) through grade 4. This story is similar to the one that is included in my lesson called "Interruption Combustion." I wanted to offer it without the complete "Interruption Combustion" lesson for those looking for only the teaching story. If you are interested in the social story about interrupting AND accompanying therapy activities, check out:
DO NOT BUY THIS SOCIAL STORY IF YOU ALREADY HAVE PURCHASED MY INTERRUPTION COMBUSTION PACKET! YOU WILL HAVE SIMILAR ITEMS!
