Teaching a Growth Mindset

Teaching a Growth Mindset
Product Description
One of the most critical elements of student achievement is student mindsets. Students with a growth mindset--that is, students who see challenges as opportunities and willingly learn from mistakes--seem better prepared to achieve than those with a fixed mindset. Encouraging the proper mindset can be challenging, but I've found this lesson to be helpful in encouraging a growth mindset once students have been exposed to the basic differences between the two. For more, see Carol Dweck's on this subject.
