It's often a challenge for EFL students to fully understand and implement Present Perfect when they first get familiar with it. In some languages (Russian, for example) this tense simply doesn't exist, so students feel there's no need to use it in their speech.
In this presentation we offer an elegant approach of how to explain the Present Perfect tense to your students: meaning aspects.
These aspects are explained using sentences related with the movie "Back to the future" which is popular with both adults and kids.
There is also an engaging picture activity at the end of the presentation which helps internalize the learned material.
