PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

I have uploaded a PowerPoint and PDF file, just in case you the formatting doesn't stay the same. Additionally, I added the PowerPoint so you can make changes to fit your classroom needs.

Do you want ideas for quick and easy team building activities? These activities were designed to take approximately 15 minutes each. There are 26 different activities to choose from. Most activities do not require materials either. They were designed to give students an opportunity to work together and to focus on communication to get the job done.

This is another way it can be used:
In may classroom, I have 10-15 set aside at the end of everyday to have my students work these specific skills.
Monday: Reflections and Goal Setting
Tuesday: Team Building Activities (See ideas at my store for this.)
Wednesday: Organizational type activities
Thursday: Reflections and Goal Setting
Friday: Synetics - a problem solving approach to teach creativity (See product at my store for this.)

Team Log: Students complete the Team Log with their team. They decide the jobs they want as a team. Once jobs are assigned, they write their names onto the sheet. This sheet is then placed in the plastic sleeve in the front of a binder. Each team has their own team binder
Team Job: Students will follow the directions on each sheet to complete his/her job assigned to be a good team member. All students should be assigned a job to help build the best teams.

These sheets should be placed in team binder.
Behavior:
At the end of the day, Facilitator’s fill out behavior for each member of his/her team. If a child has a problem, this can be written on behavior sheet as well. This sheet can be sent home with interim and with report card.
Homework:
If a child does not do his/her homework. Data Manager writes down the date and type of homework not completed. This sheet can be sent home with interim and with report card.
Morning Work:
Coach records how much each person on his/her team completed his/her morning work. This sheet can be sent home with interim and with report card.
Team Building: Teams can work together to come up with a team name, motto, and goals. Some teams even come up with their won chants.
Individual Team Log: Individual Team Members complete this form. This will show their teammates they understand their roles on the team. and each person can also set individual goals to help their team.
