It is so important to build a community within your classroom. This has so many incredible benefits to it. When your students are comfortable not only with you, but their peers, you will see a difference in their behavior and even their drive to succeed. There are many ways to build a community in your classroom and I am so excited to share these methods with you. I hope that it allows you and your students to grow together and build that strong classroom community.
I have learned that a safe place isn’t created by the materials in the classroom. At the end of the day the safe place is created by who is in the classroom. With that said, it is time to get building!
