Tech Project Pack - Recorded Slideshows

Ever wonder how students can turn in their Google Slides presentations with narration? This is one quick, simple way they can do it using a Chromebook or any other computer with a microphone.

Teachers can use this process to record videos for flipped or blended lessons. Or to send out any announcement to parents and students.

My Tech Project Packs are like FAQs for tech projects that teachers can integrate into any subject area and many grade levels.

In this case, the project is a "recorded slideshow". I always say every teacher and every secondary student should be able to make a recorded slideshow. It's a quick way to record your screen while you talk through your slides.

When people watch it, it's like seeing a slideshow that presents itself!

The project pack explains everything you need to know about the projects and it contains links to the video tutorials you can show to students. Examples are included. There's even a link to a set of directions in Google Docs that you can fill out with your assignment requirements.

It also lists some possible challenges, considerations for grading and ways you or the students can share the final products beyond the classroom.
