This activity is designed as a research project and presentation. Students are divided into groups, and each group is assigned a decade 1920-1990. The group researches the role, interests, experiences, etc. of teens in their decade and presents back to the class. The presentations can be scheduled all at once (on consecutive days) or (as is my preference) can be scheduled to correspond to the teacher's calendar so that each decade group presents when that decade is studied in class.
