"Think and Move" is a fun online game that enables you to incorporate movement or brain breaks in teletherapy or online teaching. Designed by occupational therapist, Lisa Marnell, this game is simple to play and offers SO MANY movement choices.

First, you or your student choose a movement break such as jumping jacks, push-ups, or running in place. Next, the child is asked a simple question. Now, it's time to think and move. The child tried to answer the question while moving.

If this is difficult for kids, this activity can be broken down: Have the child move, then pause and think of an answer to the question. Then it's time to move again.
