Description
Let's get started with teletherapy! This speech and language starter pack includes 10 of my favorite and most used resources. I have included activities for both articulation and language goals! Each resource is also available individually in my TPT store. Here's what's included:
Speech and Language Boards: This file contains a variety of speech and/or language boards that contain targeted words, questions or activities. When working with a student you can screen share the board and have them select the target with which they wish to work. You can jump around to different boards if you are working with mixed groups. On the articulation boards, there are 15 targets per phoneme (5 in each position: initial, medial, and final). /H/ and /Y/ only include initial and medial words, /W/ only includes initial position words and blends are in the initial position only. Vocalic /R/ phonemes are included in a variety of positions. The phonology boards contain a variety of minimal pairs. One board is included for each of the following skills.
- Articulation Boards: /M, P, B, H, K, G, W, N, H, Y, S, Z, F, V, L, T, D, SH, TH, CH, J, R, S-BLENDS, L-BLENDS, R-BLENDS, VOCALIC R/
- Phonology Boards (minimal pairs): fronting, gliding, stopping, cluster reduction, final consonant deletion, prevocalic voicing, postvocalic voicing, nasalization, stridency deletion
- Language Boards: regular nouns, irregular nouns, regular verbs, irregular verbs, WH- questions, object function, basic nouns, following directions, categories, compare/contrast, what doesn’t belong, synonyms, antonyms, homonyms, adjectives, comprehension questions, pronouns, spatial concepts
- Pragmatic Boards: social problem-solving, topic maintenance, greetings, polite forms, making requests
Articulation Puzzles: iSpy speech sounds! This file was created to be displayed using an iPad, computer or tablet. This is a static, no print file which means the pages are meant for display only. Your student will not need to click on any pictures except to advance the pages. These materials are great for use during teletherapy, specifically when screen sharing during a session. This particular file contains articulation puzzles that contain 10 pictures with the targeted sound (and many that do not contain the sound). Students must find the words that contain their sound and practice using them with correct articulation. You can jump to whichever sound you are working on and keeping a list of the words found is optional. Each phoneme is targeted in the initial position only with the exception of Vocalic /R/. One puzzle is included for each of the following phonemes: /M, P, B, K, G, W, N, S, Z, F, V, L, T, D, SH, Y, TH, CH, J, R, S-BLENDS, L-BLENDS & R-BLENDS, Vocalic R/.
