“Scoot” is a fun, engaging movement game for students.
The teacher places the cards on the students’ desks or around the room. The teacher describes the rotation path for the students. The students read the time on the analog clock. Then the students write the digital time on the answer sheet. When they hear the teacher call “SCOOT”, they move to the next question/card. When all of the cards are completed, the class reviews the answers on the answer key. There are 48 cards in this set practicing telling time to five minute intervals.
I have included 48 telling time task cards , two answer sheets, and two answer keys.
You may want to complete this game over two sessions. I have included sheets allowing for the first 24 cards on one day and the remaining 24 cards on another day. There are two answer keys for all 48 telling time task cards.
This 48 card product may also be used in a math center or as a telling time scavenger hunt around the room or in a hallway.
