Product Description

I created this product for my Spanish 1 students after introducing time and how to talk about AT what time something happens, and then noticing that they still needed more practice. I knew that they would quickly become disengaged with practice asking them at what time random events happen, so I created a practice worksheet based on two schedules/graffics: 1) a chart listing the various times that a Paris Saint-Germain/FC Barcelona game was being broadcast around the world and 2) a chart indicating when children/pre-teens should go to bed to get enough sleep depending on when they wake up (my 8th graders, mostly 13 yrs old, can compare themselves to the 12 yr old information). For the fútbol schedule, I love that they are seeing various Spanish speaking countries (and EE.UU!) and military time in context, and that they can listen to the times/date/day of the game in the target language (link to YouTube video provided). For the sleep chart, I love that they are thinking about information essential to their health! (none of them get enough sleep). Essential vocab is defined for them. I hope your students enjoy this as much as mine! A link to the editable Google doc is included (please make a copy if you use!). (NB: Even though I created this for Spanish 1, I tried it out on my daughter who is in Spanish 2 and a freshman in high school, and she still enjoyed the practice! I think it would work in both Spanish 1 and 2)
