Students can practice telling time in Spanish independently or in groups!
This set of flash cards / task cards has 72 digital clocks showing a variety of times, and a QR code with the Spanish time written out in words. (Answers are provided with ALL possible answers, including "y", and "menos"; "y quince" and "y cuarto", etc.)
I love to use this activity in stations with white boards-- students can choose a digital clock, write out the time, and scan the QR code to check their answer!
Or, hand a card to each student as they enter the classroom, and have them tell the time on the card provided, before switching with another student. A GREAT warm-up (or quiz-quiz-trade) activity.
Some assembly of the cards is required, if you want the digital clock on the front and the QR code on the back... Just glue them together. I prefer this method, because the temptation to just scan the QR code is much less.
If you prefer, the QR code is labeled with a digital time-- just cut apart the QR codes, and they're ready to go!
