This is a pdf document with 4 pages of practice questions to practice telling time in Spanish and an answer key.
The document contains 2 different activities and a quiz with a variety of interesting clocks (both digital and analog), along with an answer key for all sections.
Page 1 contains an activity titled Que hora es? This can be used either as a dialogue between students and they say the question with the answer (A: Que hora es? B: Son las tres y cuarto de la noche.) or as a worksheet where they write out the answer to the question. There are 12 items, each with a picture of a clock (some digital and some analog) and a box with either AM or PM. Students practice saying / writing "Es la ____." or "Son las ___." along with a phrase such as "de la tarde, de la noche, de la manana."
Page 2 is similar to page 1, except that the question is "A que hora es ___?" Students see the clock (digital or analog), along with AM or PM and an activity, such as la fiesta. If used as a dialogue, the students would ask "A que hora es la fiesta?" and response would be "A las nueve de la noche," etc. - or they can use as a worksheet and write out the response. This page also has 12 practice items.
Pages 3-4 are a multiple choice QUIZ that includes a mixture of "Que hora es?" and "A que hora es ___?" questions. There are 10 questions with three answer choices for each. Each question is written as a dialogue and is accompanied by a clock (digital and analog).
Telling Time Practice Packet includes answer key for both practice activities and the quiz.
Appropriate for Spanish 1 and Spanish 2 students. Could also be used in elementary bilingual or dual language classrooms.
