Here is a temperature chart (last page) that your students can use to classify the temperature each day, record the temperature on the graph (first page) and summarize the data on the monthly record sheet (second page).
I keep these in my students Morning Work binders and they record the temperature every day. At the end of the month, we summarize the graph together and record out findings.
At the end of the year, you have a record of most months. You can provide the data sheets for the months that they are not in school and you will have a picture of an entire year.
I divide their binders into sections by season and have the students fill out a seasonal data sheet. They also keep their seasonal books and worksheets here. I find that this is an easy way to teach seasons overall.
