Product Description

This classwork activity requires students to come up with specific examples of songs that identify with a particular tempo (i.e. presto, largo, moderato, etc...) This activity requires to think critically about music they already know and are familiar with and associate with a tempo learned in class.

On the next page, students listen to the recording "Illuminations: Reflections of Earth" (not included - although easily found on YouTube). Each section requires the student to identify tempo and dynamic changes while listening the the recording in parts.
