This is a fun counting activity to use after reading the book Ten Apples Up on Top by Dr. Seuss.
This resource is ready to print, laminate, and go! You can use to help your students master counting and creating sets of numbers. Would be a great addition to small groups or math centers. Students will look at the number on the apple, and put that many apples on top of the cute apple kid's head.
I have included "apples" that you can print and cut out to use as manipulatives. You could also use red pom-poms, mini-erasers, or mini-apples from the craft store.
