These flash cards help students to see how early multiplication tables can be shown using double ten frames (tables to 20 only).
The multi-colored ten frames make the multiplication facts obvious with color representations. For example: 3 rows of 5 dots makes 15 or 3x5=15. Doubling of numbers between 5 and 10 are easily identified and calculated mentally.
These flash cards contain every combination of multiplication tables to 20. Just print cut in half and go!
Students would do well to use blank double ten frames and counters to show their own multiplication stories.
The blank template for creating the students' double ten frames is included. You need to provide the counters.
