Use this worksheet in a multitude of ways in your classroom. In our classroom, we play a simple game with dice. To begin, have students write the number of dots to the left of the ten frame. Then roll a die, draw that number of dots in the ten frame, and write the total number of dots on the right side of the ten frame. Students may play this game with a partner and whoever has the higher number each time they roll (and add) wins; the student with the higher number wins the game. Students will practice number sense and handwriting with this worksheet.
