A fun twist on the game many have seen before. Using the cute ice-cube trays from the dollar store, this game is sure to be a hit. To add even more excitement, I found the spooky eyeball ping-pong balls for students to use to make ten.
Three colorful mats to choose from, students roll the die and place the corresponding number of ping-pong balls in the tray. Students continue rolling the die until they make a ten. Students grab a counter for their mat, dump their ping-pong balls, and play continues.
This game makes a great center activity or use for small-group instruction. I even love to join in the fun.
