This ten frame set uses donuts in place of the traditional dots! There are ten frames in both color and black and white with one donut, two donuts, three donuts, four donuts, five donuts, six donuts, seven donuts, eight donuts, and nine donuts.
It also comes with 9 worksheets.
3 worksheets using pictures of donuts to add up to 10.
3 worksheets identifying which number is larger.
3 worksheets on how many more make 10.
I made this to help my daughter with her adding to 10. She found the regular ten frames that use dots to be confusing. This is a very good thing to have in a special ed classroom or with kids who seem to be having difficulty using a standard ten frame that uses dots. The ten frames were produced in both color and black and white. The colored donuts ten frame uses two very different looking donuts. One is yellow and one is blue, and the toppings are both different as well. The black and white ten frames use two different donuts. One is an aerial view of frosted donuts and the other is a sideways view of cream donuts.
