Created by a professional children's yoga teacher, this kids yoga plan is the perfect companion to the ocean-themed book "Ten Friendly Fish" (but the poses work well for many other ocean- or summer-themed activities as well!). Students can retell the story as they learn fun yoga poses and breathing exercises for all the characters of the book (Sea star, pufferfish, seahorse, octopus, jellyfish, dolphin, whale, and more!!!)
The packet includes step-by-step instructions for each pose, modified to be age appropriate, along with large photographs of the poses in action, and a full set of printable kids yoga cards to use with the story, or on their own as fun brain breaks!
