Tens and Ones House Bundling Activity
Tens and ones house worksheet. There is one colour copy to be displayed and used on the interactive whiteboard and one black and white copy to be printed. This can be cut out and displayed in the classroom or glued into books. Students can either draw in their tens and ones or use coloured paper squares and paddle pop sticks for a fun craft activity. I have also used this as a re-useable math centre activity by laminating it and popping some MAB blocks in a math tub, with paddlepop sticks. Students choose a paddlepop and make the number written on it, using the tens and ones, separating them into the two sides of the house. This could also be done with play-doh!
