We are using this as part of our camping unit over at Kinderpond Tot School.
You will also need to download another *FREE* printable:
My plan for these tents is to color them different colors and draw shapes on them. Hide a piece of camping equipment behind one of the tents. You could do numbers, letters, shapes, math problems, the possibilities are endless. The camping pieces are in a separate *FREE* set.
Then add them to your pocket chart and hide a camping piece behind and have your child guess by saying the color/letter/number/ect. For non-verbal children, have them point and encourage with verbal clues. Ex. Child points to blue tent. Teacher says “Are you pointing to the blue tent?” Okay, let’s check behind the blue tent.
