My hope is to provide you with engaging and meaningful resources for your students. These terms just provide a little extra clarity about how you can and cannot use these resources.

One license is for the classroom/personal use for one educator and their students/caseload. Permission is granted for the original purchaser or licensee to copy and use pages for their students and/or themselves.

Materials may not be shared with other educators without purchasing additional licenses. Materials may not be posted on the Internet where they can be publicly accessed, such as a class website or shared network drive. Private and secure sites to share with students are allowed (such as Google Classroom and e-mail). Materials may not be re-sold, altered, or redistributed in part or in whole. Materials are for classroom and personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. Failure to comply with these terms is violation of copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

A quick summary:

You may:

  • Use the materials for classroom and personal use.
  • Use materials with your students and/or caseload.
  • Copy pages for yourself and your students.
  • Use secure and private platforms to share resources with your students (such as Google Classroom and e-mail).
  • Purchase an additional license if you want to share materials with a colleague.

You may not:

  • Place any part of resources on the Internet where they can be freely available to others (such as a classroom website or shared network drive). Doing so makes the document available to others without the purchase of a license and is a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
  • Provide material to other educators without purchasing additional licenses (they can be purchased in my store).
  • Use resources for commercial use. This includes online teaching businesses and websites.
  • Re-sell, alter, or redistribute resources or any part of a resource.
  • Edit a file unless specifically deemed as editable.
  • Extract photos, clipart, fonts, or other elements from the documents, as these are protected by copyright.
