I ran a criteria-based assessment of grammatical points for my students. They needed to score 80% on each tense to pass. Thus, I had to make many quizzes for each grammatical point.
In this collection of quizzes, there are quizzes for past simple tense, past simple vs. past continuous, past simple vs. past perfect, present perfect vs. past habitual. For each point, there are multiple quizzes.
When I was running the grammatical lessons, I had the students take the quiz, explain on paper where they made their mistakes and detail with at least four sentences each for each mistake. This was a prerequisite for the next quiz on the same topic.
