Use either organizer to scaffold your students' learning of how to write a TDA essay. As per the PSSA rubric, a student's essay must include an introduction, development, and conclusion. This organizer helps students to hone in on their ideas related to the text and better transfer their knowledge into written form. After repeated practice, students begin to internalize the process and use these steps independently when given a TDA prompt. The download includes both organizers in pdf form.
**Note: These organizers must be printed on 8.5" x 14" paper to view and use the entire organizer.
