My students were confusing various types of text structures, so I wanted to create a visual for them. I wanted to create a reference source that they would see often, so I created Text Structure Bookmarks. Just print and cut! You might even want to laminate these so they last longer.
I also wanted my students to work with this topic in their interactive notebooks, but didn't want to create an activity that took so much effort and energy that they wouldn't concentrate on the types of text structures; hence, the bonus No-prep Interactive Notebook/Note-taking activity included with these bookmarks. I’ve included a larger list of the types of text structures for you to project on your Interactive Board to make note-taking easier.
I hope you find this useful! Thank you for your purchase!
