Use these 6 iPhones in your small groups to practice sight words/high frequency words or even vocabulary from a unit.
Included are 6 different glittery iPhones. Each iPhone has the digits and the letters. The recording sheet is purposely blank. There are a few options you can do and I wanted to leave it blank for that reason.
You can write in the sight words that you want your students to "text" and have them write the code. For example, in one box, write the word "play" and have them figure out the code. They would write the numeral code 7529.
Vice Versa, and more challenging. You can write the code, 7529. Your students would figure out the sight word -- play. To make this less challenging, write in your own WORD BANK in one of the boxes. Students would then figure out which sight word it has to be from your WORD BANK.
Include a WORD BANK in one of the boxes. Have students text the sight word and then write in the matching code.
This file is pretty versatile, and it's a great way to keep them engaged and learning.
